A stunning early autumn day welcomed supporters to our annual Patrick Shifflett Cornhole Tournament
on August 31st of this year. Surrounded by the beauty and fall festivities at Butler’s Orchard Farm, approximately 280 adults and children came to support our Foundation and show their never-ending love for Patrick.

Thirty-five teams were assembled to play cornhole under huge tents donated by Allied
Event Solutions. The crowd cheered them on while eating the always amazing food from GrillMarx (thanks chef Doug Kellner) and rocking out to live music provided by the Stringtown Band, Anna Wilson from ( America’s Got Talent) as well as Good Vibrations’ DJ Colin Gallagher.

While the adults were enjoying the open bar (thanks bartender Carlos Hickman) and barbeque, the kids were treated to face painting by Shea McCloskey and Lily McCaskill, and Italian ice cups from Rita’s Mt. Airy.

Many participants went home with amazing raffle items and gift baskets. We appreciate all the generosity from our community, and we hold Patrick in our hearts each year when we gather to celebrate his life and legacy.
