2025 Annual Invitational Golf Tournament
Once again we are offering many ways for our participants to add more meaning to a great day of golf. Organizations and individuals have an opportunity to donate to The Patrick Shifflett Foundation. Specifically, we are looking for sponsors and raffle prize donations.

Tournament
Once again we are offering many ways for our participants to add more meaning to a great day of golf. Organizations and individuals have an opportunity to donate to The Patrick Shifflett Foundation. Specifically, we are looking for sponsors and raffle prize donations.
Last year’s donation drive was a great success and we hope to do even better this year. As always, 100% of the proceeds go directly to The Patrick Shifflett Foundation to help fund our work for the community; therefore, donations are tax-deductible in accordance with applicable IRS statutes.

This year we are offering four sponsorship options to accommodate all those who wish to contribute to this worthy cause. See below for sponsorship levels. If you are unabe to sponsor the tournament, please consider donating raffle or silent auction items.
Prize Donations
Raffle prize donations will encourage all players to contribute and join in the fun. Last year these prizes included Apple Watches, restaurant gift certificates, golf clubs, company logo shirts, drones, jackets, hats, umbrellas, and golf balls among other items. All proceeds from the raffle will go directly to The Patrick Shifflett Foundation.
Prize donations may be delivered directly to Walter and Lily Shifflett, Tammy Frost, Porter Shifflett or John Pino –or- bring them to the tournament. Please let us know in advance if you intend to bring a prize on tournament day, so that we are prepared to acknowledge your contribution during the raffle prize drawing.
Silent Auction Donations
Our silent auction was also tremendous hit last year. Donated auction items included autographed sports memorabilia, themed gift baskets, high-value gift cards, trips, and luxury vacation home usage. If you’re interested in donating to our auction, please contact Lily Shifflett at patrickshifflettfoundation@gmail.com.

Tournament Day Schedule
8:00 AM – Tournament check-in opens. ALL TEAM PLAYERS MUST CHECK IN.
- Receive player gifts
- Purchase mulligans, raffle, and putting contest tickets
- Pick up pre-purchased raffle and contest bundles
8:00 – 9:00 AM – Practice facility opens; breakfast buffet available
9:15 AM – All players must be in their carts
- Foundation remarks
- Event rules briefing
- Send-off raffle prize drawing
9:30 AM – Shotgun start (all teams directed to their starting hole)
Following Completion of Play
- Promptly return to the clubhouse
- Bring your scorecard to the Pro Shop front desk
- Enjoy our GrillMarx BBQ Feast
- Awards Ceremony: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place; long drive; closest-to-the-pin; and putting contest
- Silent auction winners announced & raffle drawings
On-Course Contests and Amenities
- Drink Tokens: May be used at the beverage cart, Tito’s tents, or the clubhouse bar
- Hole 6: Par 3 Hole-in-One (Corvette) + Tito’s Crush Tent
- Hole 9: Men’s and Women’s Long Drive
- At the Turn (after Hole #9): Putting Contest (MCC Golf Foursome Certificate)
- Around 11:30 AM: Hot dogs available at The Turn and delivered to golfers
- Hole 15: Closest-to-the-pin ($500 Go See Vacations Travel Gift Card) + Tito’s Crush Tent
Note: Please take care of the course staff, they work hard to make our day special.
IMPORTANT: Servers cannot accept or redeem PSF Golf Drink Tokens for tips; cash tips are appropriate.
